1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PineBreeze's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PineBreeze provides AI technology consulting services, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning solutions
• AI-powered operations optimization
• Strategic AI implementation consulting
• Lead generation services for qualified prospects

3. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation pricing model operates as follows:

• Search Marketing leads: $45 per qualified lead
• Social Media leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due only for leads that meet our qualification criteria as determined by our sales team.

4. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our contact form and undergo a qualification review. We reserve the right to determine client eligibility based on project requirements, budget, and strategic fit.

5. Service Delivery

PineBreeze will provide services with professional diligence and in accordance with industry best practices. Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in separate service agreements.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. For lead generation services, payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery and qualification confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed specifically for a client project will be transferred to the client upon full payment. PineBreeze retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific innovations.

8. Confidentiality

PineBreeze maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

PineBreeze's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications

PineBreeze reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
